With two young children, the owners needed more space and better flow throughout the central areas of their home. This renovation reworked the kitchen, living and dining into a large, open-plan layout - with the addition of a new laundry, generous patio, and a backyard swimming pool.

Originally leaning towards a neutral palette, the couple embraced a more colourful, playful direction during the design process - stepping outside their comfort zone with beautiful results.

Custom joinery, subtle layers of texture, and carefully resolved details create a warm, light-filled interior. The open-plan layout connects seamlessly to the outdoor entertaining area and pool, bringing ease and flexibility to day-to-day family living.
