This Fairlight cottage was transformed into a functional, modern family home that reflects the relaxed coastal lifestyle of its surroundings.

Our team managed the full project from design and construction through to interiors and landscaping working closely with the clients to bring their vision to life across three levels. The build carefully balanced old and new, retaining original charm while introducing updated spaces for family living.

The main level now features an open-plan kitchen, living and dining space that connects seamlessly to the backyard and pool. Upstairs, we reconfigured the layout to include a guest room, rumpus and snug. In the main bedrooms, we utilised attic space to create a unique loft area for the kids - making the most of every square metre.

We’re proud to have delivered a practical, stylish home tailored to a growing family - and we’re continuing to work with them on future additions as their needs evolve.
