We worked with our clients to expand their original 1920s California Bungalow into a modern family home that meets the demands of daily life, while keeping the character of the original frontage intact.

The back section was demolished to make way for a new open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, flowing directly out to a new outdoor entertaining space. A butler’s pantry and laundry were also added to improve storage and function.

At the front of the home, we fully renovated the main bathroom, ensuite and bedrooms, ensuring the original charm was preserved while updating the finishes for comfort and durability.

The result is a practical, well-planned home designed for a young family - built for both busy mornings and slow weekends.
