This family home renovation brought together period charm and modern functionality. The goal: respect the original character while delivering a clean, contemporary upgrade that suits everyday life.

We carefully preserved heritage features while updating the layout and finishes to meet current standards and lifestyle needs. A monochrome base runs through the home, with selected colours and patterned tiles used to add detail and depth.

Upstairs, we built a dedicated parents’ retreat featuring a private study, walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite – creating a quiet, functional space away from the main living zones. At the rear, custom sliding doors open out to a new deck, pool and spa area, designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living.
